the R2K ride starts tomorrow morning from  Hamlin Beach State Park area 1 parking lot about 8:00

Our Granddaughter paid us a visit today and asked to sit on my bike.  I think she looks just about perfect but I may be a bit biased.  By the way, the helmet was hanging from the handle bars and she reached for it after sitting on the seat, her dad and mom take her for rides in a trailer behind their tandem so she knows to wear the helmet.

After a lot of fusing in my basement machine shop, some welding by my son and the Presto is finally repaired and ready to ride

It's that time of year again. Dust off the tent, pack up the camper, get your bike and your legs ready for the 12th edition of the RARE R2K rally. June 25th at Hamlin Beach State Park.

Oswego-Sackets Harbor

We used an alternate route out of town that was quieter and flatter than past versions. Then we chose another alternate to Route 3, which turned out to be absolutely fabulous. Lynch was in a homey little place that was loads of laughs. Comedy writers couldn't capture it.
